CRM Software Project Manager / Consultant

We are currently looking for a CRM Software Project Manager & Consultant who will help us implement and support SugarCRM for our clients.   In addition to strong project management, client interfacing, and application experience, we’re also looking for:

• 2 - 5 years IT and application experience
• 2 – 5 years client facing experience
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Team player attitude
• Strong conceptual or actual knowledge of CRM
• Ability to take projects from start to finish
• Ability to manage technical resources within a project

Software Engineer – SugarCRM  & Related Technologies

We are seeking a programmer who can work with our team to help deliver customizations and enhancements to the leading open source CRM software on the market – SugarCRM as well as help develop other custom software solutions for clients.

Technical skills and experience desired:

• PHP
• Linux/Unix
• .NET
• MS SQL and/or MYSQL
• Object Oriented Programming
• Experience with development of financial and/or CRM applications
• Strong team oriented skills, programming on the same project with other team members
• Professionalism and a desire to learn

Other helpful experience:

Software Engineer – Providex Programming

We are seeking a programmer who can work with our team that helps deliver custom accounting software solutions to clients. The position primarily requires the development of customizations and enhancements to Sage MAS 90 Accounting & ERP Software, written in the Providex Programming Language.

Technical skills and experience desired:

• Providex programming language
• Object Oriented Programming
• Business Basic (BBx) programming language
• Experience developing enhancements to Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200 Accounting Software preferred but not required
• Experience with development of accounting and financial applications required
• Strong team oriented skills, programming on the same project with other team members
• Ability to create programming documentation as needed

Accounting Systems Consultant

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to implement and support leading edge accounting and ERP software .  The qualified candidate will help client-companies become successful by assisting in the implementation, training, and support of Intacct Cloud Accounting & ERP Software as well as Sage MAS 90  Accounting & ERP Software. We are looking for:

• Two or more years of experience
• Strong accounting background
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with cloud based applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience installing or training on MAS 90, Intacct, or  comparable software

CRM Software Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and aggressive CRM salesperson who will find and maintain new CRM clients for FBSG.   Primarily responsible for the sale of SugarCRM and related products and services, the Sales Consultant will be involved in generating leads, making presentations to prospects, preparing proposals, and closing deals.   Important requirements are the following:

• Minimum 2 years experience in selling software and/or related products and services
• Minimum 2 years client or customer facing experience
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Team player attitude
• Strong conceptual or actual knowledge of CRM
• Project professionalism, enthusiasm, and a great attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet stated goals
