This “Business Alerts on Steroids” product, combines Alerts and Workflow in one package. With Sage KnowledgeSync, you can monitor your applications for conditions that are important to the business, with an additional option of including incoming email. If your conditions are recognized, you will receive an Alert. Your applications will be updated by the Forms, Documents, and Reports you receive. This might just be exactly what your company needs to monitor documents and processes. KnowledgeSync seems to take Business Alerts to a new level, allowing you to generate reports and forms and include them in alert driven emails. Before you make up your mind, consider an alternative in Orbis TaskCentre. It offers true web-form based workflow, is very graphical and easy to use and is multi-threaded (runs multiple processes at once).
This is really exciting. I can think of quite a few clients that would benefit from this product.
