Form Doesn’t Print All the Information

ISSUE:
A Form (like a sales order or invoice) will look fine when previewed on the viewer, but when attempted to be printed to the printer information is lost and printed on the hard copy.
SOLUTION:
1. Search for all instances of the following dll’s:
CRPE32.dll
CRXLAT32.dll
2. Rename both files.
3. Rerun Workstation Setup.
4. Test printing the forms.
